Wow this pillow/duvet set is worth every penny. I've never been so comfortable in my life. Pillows have totally resolved the neck/shoulder pain I was having, and the duvet is the warmest, coziest thing on the planet. They are also a complete pleasure to deal with on a customer service level. Very happy with my purchase even if it was a bit of a splurge to afford.

I ordered this bundle online when I was ordering a new split king adjustable bed. I wanted a king down comforter and pillows for the new bed. My last down comforter (queen size) I’ve had for many many years and purchased it at a high end department store, so my standards are very high. I always use duvet covers to keep the comforter clean and in great shape. The packaging was a surprise as it is boxed with tissue paper around cloth bags holding the items. They did a great job of packaging to keep everything clean, even if the box was damaged it would be hard for the items to be stained. Opening was like Christmas, you go through the tissue paper to get to the good stuff. This set does come with a nice mattress pad too. I didn’t see that when reading about the bundle. Unfortunately, I can’t use the king mattress pad as I purchased split king beds, I wish they had offered split king mattress pads in a bundle but I don’t believe they do. Each white bag was labeled with its contents, making it easy to open what you needed. I opened what I needed and fluffed the pillows and comforter then let them breathe several hours before adding pillow cases and putting the comforter on the bed. We’ve slept on the bed two nights with these items and are very happy with them. They are very comfortable and soft, I haven’t felt anything hard or poking through like a cheaper brand might have. I purchased the medium firm and all season comforter for reference.

Pillows are awesome! Best I’ve ever slept on. Comforter is excellent, but has a few pockets that don’t seem to have as much down as the others. Still it is very comfortable, and I think will work well year round.

The products arrived quickly and the packing and presentation was gorgeous and so were the products.
Unfortunately, the Medium pillows were not quite firm enough for me, but I would guess the Firm pillows would be just right.
