    I ordered this pillow in king sized and soft as I am short and so is my neck. I thought the soft would be best for me but I just couldn’t get comfortable so I planned on returning it and ordering the firm which is recommended for side and back sleepers. Mariah from the company asked for me to contact them and when I talked to her, she told me they were sending me a new pillow. She was very friendly and my issue was quickly resolved. I highly recommend buying from this company.

Since getting it about a month and a half ago, I've been sleeping like a dream. Plus, it still looks as good as new, without losing its shape. I'm very happy with this pillow! Just a heads up though, if you prefer firm pillows, this one might not be for you.
